Can you help?

We are hoping this will be a really joyful festive occasion with delicious food, beautiful crafts to browse, activities for children and many other other stalls to attract and welcome as many people as possible from our community and get  Woodchester in the mood for Christmas.  

Please put it on your own calendar to come along and support it and invite your family and friends – we’ll circulate more details as soon as they are confirmed.  Please also see the Christmas Events Calendar here

But , over and above that, as always, these events don't happen without a big team effort and we are asking you to please become a part of that team. Could you volunteer to come and help for a couple of hours on the day???

There are stalls to be run, raffle tickets to be sold and help needed with refreshments.  Many hands make light work and we’re hoping a lot of people will come and help so we won’t need to ask anyone to do more than a two hour slot. This should leave you plenty of time to enjoy a snack with a glass of mulled wine, soak up the atmosphere and browse the lovely stalls yourselves. There will be lovely things to buy as Christmas presents.  

We are also looking for donations of complete jigsaws and children's toys (as new) for us to sell.   

And it would not be a church occasion if we did not have cake to sell - so any offers of mince pies or other cakes will be VERY VERY welcome!
