Benefice Weekend Lee Abbey - 31st Oct - 2nd Nov
Our Benefice Weekend away to Lee Abbey is fast approaching. Lots of people have booked to join us but there maybe a few spaces left for anyone who now feels that they would like to come.
Lee Abbey is a Christian retreat centre on the North Devon Coast near Lynton and Lynmouth. It offers a warm welcome from the Community, a beautiful home to stay in, access to a private beach, delicious meals, a well-resourced library, quiet spaces to relax in, 288 acres of the estate to explore, excellent teaching, vibrant worship and entertainment. Guests can participate in the teaching, worship and entertainment as much or as little as they want.

The booking is for the weekend of October 31st to November 2nd and we will be charged the group rate of £145.00 per person for the whole weekend – which includes all meals and refreshments. Should you wish to have a room with en-suite facilities then the cost is £190.00 per person.

Children and young people are very much welcomed and looked after at Lee Abbey. There will be activities and sessions arranged specifically for them and the beach is within walking distance!
If you would like to join us for the weekend then please let me know as soon as possible so that I can check availability. If transport is an issue for you, then do not let this stop you from booking as we will be able to organise lifts nearer the time. If you need help financially with your booking then please do speak to Peter as the church may be able to support you with this. And finally, if you need any more information then please just ask – lots of people have been before and will be able to answer your questions. I would really like to encourage everyone to join us if they are able.
